From producer to plate
Eating is essential. It connects us to the land, to others and to ourselves.
It is a simple, universal and deeply human act.
At Le Bon Georges, we see cooking as an extension of the producers’ work.
Benoît and his team travel all over France to meet the people who grow, raise and make wine with care and respect.
From market gardeners to livestock farmers, from winemakers to artisans, every encounter shapes our menu, our wine cellar and the way we work.
People come here to eat well, drink well and have a good time.
Le Bon Georges is a lively bistro, devoted to good produce, to the seasons and to the pleasure of sharing.
Everything is homemade, from flavourful meat, line-caught fish and carefully chosen vegetables.
You will find signature dishes such as lièvre à la royale (hare royale) or the Oreiller de la Belle Aurore, alongside simpler plates that are always spot on.
The wine cellar is part of the soul of the place.
Our selection is rich, lively and personal. Here, it is not unusual to choose the wine before the dish, and our team is on hand to guide you with passion and precision.
